With the presence of Pandan Water District that supplies potable water which is more than the international standard of bottled water in terms of pH and other parameters of bottled water, the proposed Mineral Water Bottling Plant was identified at Sitio Tuburan, Guia, Pandan, Antique.

Handicraft

Community-based micro industry such as buri-bariw mat weaving and bag making is a great help for households in Sto. Rosario which have made the place famous not only from its generation to generation of skills and ingenuity, but also the export quality of the products they produce.

Sta. Cruz's Cruzinian Bag Makers also have export quality products, but the organization failed. Only a handful still continued production, like the few household in Fragante and Buang whose production is next to nil and sold only to purchase food and immediate basic needs of the family.
