The National Computer Center (NCC), the lead agency for promoting the use of Information and Communication (ICT) in government, featured the official website of the Municipality of Pandan, Antique, Philippines as its “Website of the Month!”, this month of April.

It was this agency that launched the project “Jumpstarting Electronic Governance in Local Government Units”. The eLGU project will run for a period of three (3) years, starting from September 16, 2002 to September 15, 2005.
