The TV program is hosted by Katherine “Katkat” de Castro and Franzen Fajardo, along with guest co-hosts Uma Khuony and Jason Gaiza.
Watch Trip na Trip in Pandan, Antique at ABS-CBN in the Philippines on Sunday, October 8, 2006, at 12 midnight after Pinoy Dream Academy and Sundays Best and before Urban Zone. The show will be broadcasted simultaneously at The Filipino Channel (TFC) in the USA. It will also be shown in Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Im looking for a place to put my comment about this show “Trip na Trip”.
I really like this program,it gives us chance to see other part of the Philippines in which we would like
to visit someday.I find the show very nice in perspective,but the problem is (hope I wont offend anyone) Their host are horrible,they are unfit for the program and no knowledge about it.Unlike the
other program “side trip” the person there absolutely knows what hes doing and you will learn a lot.
But these hosts in trip na trip are just merely playing and i dont find them very respectful on our fellow filipinos cultures.Showing their dominance i guess.It is very helpful to us living abroad to know these places and knowledgeable host can do that for us viewers. I hope this will be heard.I think these kind of hosts are fit for the goin bulilit not in this kind of show.

It is right what Mr. Martinez said ! The Hosts are horrible and the trip should attract travelers and tourists.

I love watching “Trip na Trip”. Not only that they educate the viewers but they also create an excitement and fun “gig” to few obscure places that even Filipinos probably would not dream to visit…unless it was featured somehow in television. The credit should go to the hosts. They try different things that are unimaginable so viewers can get the vision or feedback from the experience. Kudos to Jason, Franzen, Katkat and Uma for doing such a good job. You guys rock!
Keep up the good work and optimism. Hopefully, viewers will not leave you any derogatory comments about the show nor your hosting. But instead, a comment that will produce an enhancement of the show.

I agree to Mr. Juan Martinez..i don’t have against to the hosts…. it’s just that they are a beginner and i do think that they need more veteran like Dianne Castellejo… i don’t wanna say that these hosts on this program are horrible… I do laugh at them but it seems like they don’t have a sense in delivering every words that will educate the viewers… I’m sorry for the words but it’s true they don’t fit the job…

I am from California and a very loyal viewer of the show TRIP NA TRIP. I love the show’s format. The different segments are interesting but the one I truly love is the “FOOD TRIP” part. I like & enjoy all the hosts but know what? I feel the absence of Uma Khouny when he’s not in a certain episode. He makes the difference. He brings a certain aura to the show that makes it all the more interesting to watch. He is so funny in his own little ways. Let me tell you…I abhored him the first time but he grew on me. I’ve learned to like & love him just because what you see is what you get from him….in other words walang pakeme-keme. May pagka-diva siya but so what? It’s him!!! More power to Kat, Jason, Franzen but most of all to Uma!!! Just wishing Trip Na Trip will stay on the air forever so that we, who are abroad can be educated about our beautiful Motherland.

hi yah there tripperz kat, uma,frenzen,jayson,nel and kian…. im a 4th year BS tourism student..and a trip na trip fanatic i really…. really…. really… really………….. ur show… naka ilang palit na kayo nang timeslot but di pa rin ako pumapalya sa pag watch nang show nyo.. talagang nagpupuyat ako for trip n trip…kahit nga claz schedule ko kung saturday ay e.najust ko sa pang hapon coz i know i can’t wake up early coz of trip na trip… coz plan ko after i graduation lilibutin ko and philippines but my problem before was pano kung mawala ko coz i don’t know how those places that i will be visiting for the first time look like, but then thank you talaga trip na trip coz atleast my idea na ako kung where ang first destination sa pag gagala ko sa philippines and how it looks like… thank you talaga.. and my mom wants to thank you din pala guys coz hindi na ako gumigimik kung friday coz i’d reather say home on a friday night ’til saturday morning…nakaka addict talaga show nyo… AS IN!! PROMISE!!! SWEAR!!!! addict na talaga ako… sana meron kayong dvd compilation nang mga places na napuntahan nyo na since nung season 1…coz dami na naming addict sa show na trip na trip…and you know what guys dahil sa inyo pumasa ako sa tour50 and tour20 ko na subjects coz last sem na titiming kz nauuna nyo ilabas ung places na dapat two days after pa namin i.ddiscuss… and yung sa project ko about gensan.. ang laki talaga nag help nyo sa katulad kong tourism student… im dreaming to work in trip na trip someday…

hi yah there tripperz kat, uma,frenzen,jayson,nel and kian…. im a 4th year BS tourism student..and a trip na trip fanatic i really…. really…. really… really…………..LOVE ur show… naka ilang palit na kayo nang timeslot but di pa rin ako pumapalya sa pag watch nang show nyo.. talagang nagpupuyat ako for trip n trip…kahit nga claz schedule ko kung saturday ay e.najust ko sa pang hapon coz i know i can’t wake up early coz of trip na trip… coz plan ko after i graduation lilibutin ko and philippines but my problem before was pano kung mawala ko coz i don’t know how those places that i will be visiting for the first time look like, but then thank you talaga trip na trip coz atleast my idea na ako kung where ang first destination sa pag gagala ko sa philippines and how it looks like… thank you talaga.. and my mom wants to thank you din pala guys coz hindi na ako gumigimik kung friday coz i’d reather say home on a friday night ’til saturday morning…nakaka addict talaga show nyo… AS IN!! PROMISE!!! SWEAR!!!! addict na talaga ako… sana meron kayong dvd compilation nang mga places na napuntahan nyo na since nung season 1…coz dami na naming addict sa show na trip na trip…and you know what guys dahil sa inyo pumasa ako sa tour50 and tour20 ko na subjects coz last sem na titiming kz nauuna nyo ilabas ung places na dapat two days after pa namin i.ddiscuss… and yung sa project ko about gensan.. ang laki talaga nag help nyo sa katulad kong tourism student… im dreaming to work in trip na trip someday…

We changed our cable today right after your show sa TFC, I did not get your official website. Did I hear it right you have a official website na? If you have one paki email na lang po sa akin. But since eto ang mga emails na binabasa nyo sa show I just decided to write too..
I really loved your show I will miss it because Dish Network don’t have TFC :(. I even looked at the TFC on demand but your show is not included. I have to find another way to watch your show…. I will miss it….Congrats for winning the award - best travel channel if I remember it right…..

i love your show because my kids and my family have gotten to see the Philippines on it. They are so excited to actually see it in person now. My family has never been to the Philippines and this will be the 1st time. I’m hoping that you could email me back and reccomend a good spot down in Bisayas, because I haven’t been home for 9 years and I don’t know much any more. I’m originally from Cebu but eveything has changed since I’ve been gone. So if you can let me know I’d be so happy.

hi guys, i almost read all of your reactions about our show, its nice to hear comments from you specially the good ones. for those people who dont like the show, better if you’ll gonna make suggestions, its not nice to hear those freaking words, besides, your trying to spend a bit of your time so better make it good. im not asking you guys to have a heart for my hosts, what you saw in tv is there real personality. others may say mataba si katkat… but did you notice how brilliant she is when it comes to hosting? and your pagiging cowboy niya, to think thatshe’s the daughter of the VP. some said jologs si franzen… mas korny naman kung ang program niya e sosyalan. other said that jayson is pangit… hindi naman siguro siya magiging artista kung pangit siya. and lastly about uma… a lot of people said that maarte siya, hindi niya kinakain lahat, he dont fit the show… to tell you, the producers will not get him as a host if he cant do it. it may seem that he’s maarte but he’s not. he’s very cool and caring as a person, totoo siyang tao, hindi katulad ng ibang idol niyo na sobrang plastic, sa camera lang mabait. just a piece of advice, LEARN TO APPRICIATE… HINDI MANANALONG BEST TRAVEL SHOW ang TRIP NA TRIP kung walang laman yung show namin. for those people who loves our show, thank you for your continues support. hope to hear from you. you can also email your comments and suggestion to my email. rest assured that my hosts will be able to receive your messages. thanks. ryan_napiza@yahoo.com

My name is Mike Sayoc and I’m from Saint Cloud , Florida I was born in the Philippines but live in the United States since the age of two, pretty much most of my life, now I’m learning about my culture and heritage and watching your show every Saturday morning has educated me and made a big different in my life , I have always thought Philippines was a country that was not worth visiting due to it corrupted governmnet and poverty, but your show and abs-cbn has open my eyes and as provine me wrong, our adventurest culture and has made me proud to be born a Filipino.and now I have started to invest in the Philippines and planning to marry a beautiful filipina from Dasmaris Cavite and hopefully in the near future I can be able to retire in our beautiful country Philippines, I would like to thanks abs-cbn TFC for providing me with this Filipino Channel , now I’m so addicted to this channel that I forget to watch my own local news and show in the United States ….Salamat ….Mike

keep up the good work, guys! i sooo love your show. kahit hindi ako nakakapanood na ngayon because of my schedule at work. i hope maabutan ko kayo kahit minsan. hehehe. don’t mind the negative remarks. just do what you do best & if you think there’s a need for improvement, then do it. basta marami kami natutuwa sa show nyo.
